We specialise in English, Maths and Science and cover all exam boards. Other subjects are available on request. We support students from Year 3 up to and including Year 11.
One free two-hour introductory session covering assessments, a parent–tutor consultation, a comprehensive assessment report, homework based on identified weak points, and onboarding to the student library. Arrange your session in advance on WhatsApp.
Our centre is at 54 Derby Street, Manchester, M8 8HF. Online and home one-to-one sessions are also available on request. Message us to discuss availability and arrangements.
We provide each student with their own login. Their library contains the resources relevant to their year, subjects and learning needs, including documents, presentation materials and videos. Students can view their materials in the portal.
Our guarantee is based on individually agreed targets and eligibility requirements. It is not an unconditional promise of an exam grade.
The guarantee is inactive during the first six months of tuition. Students must attend every tuition session in the six months before the relevant result, including any required catch-up sessions for missed tuition and any recommended catch-up sessions. All set homework must be completed. Parents must provide school reports within two weeks of receiving them.
Specific improvements are agreed in six-month intervals and assessed against school reports—for example, moving from a grade 5 “emerging” to a grade 5 “secure”. This school-report guarantee does not apply to primary SATs exam results.
If an agreed school-report target is missed, the client may choose one of: an extra hour of tuition per subject taken each week until the school confirms improvement; a 50% reduction in ongoing fees; or a one-month refund if they choose to terminate tuition.
If an eligible student misses the GCSE grade we specifically agreed to guarantee, we provide one free hour of tuition per week until the next available resit exam series for the relevant subject. This support ends at that next available series even if the student chooses to sit a later series. Further sessions may be available at a discounted rate.
For example, where the agreed Maths target is grade 5 and it is missed in August, weekly free tuition runs until the following November resit series, even if the student chooses to sit the exam the following summer. Resit availability differs by subject and qualification. Your individual target and applicable arrangements will be confirmed with you.
